On Sunday, February 25, former St. Mary's High School standout Lorenzo Mariani’s current college team, the Chico State Wildcats, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II game against the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.

The game took place in Pomona, California. This was their fourth matchup against the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos this season.
