The graduation rate of white students at Prospect High School (Continuation) in the 2017-2018 school year increased over the previous school year’s graduation rate of 56.7 percent.
Of the 958 citizens living in Butte Creek Canyon Cdp in 2019, 84.8 percent said they were only one race, while 15.2 percent said they were two or more races, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in February.
The African American student group in the Paradise Unified School District had a lower graduation rate, 33.3 percent, than the overall district's rate of 81.3 percent for the 2017-2018 school year, according to the California Department of Education.
