City of Oroville issued the following announcement.
The Oroville City Council held a public hearing and approved The Village at Ruddy Creek Subdivision project on December 15, 2020. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provision of CEQA. As required by CEQA, the City, acting as lead agency, must file a Notice of Decision or Determination (NOD) after a project is approved which is subject to the requirements of CEQA. Pursuant to Executive Order N-80-20, signed on September 23, 2020, the City may post the NOD on the lead or responsible agency’s website for the same length of time that would be required for physical posting. The NOD can be found on the Planning Divisions Planning Projects page, under Ruddy Creek, or by using this link.
