Census Bureau: Butte County, California saw more residents between ages 55 and 64 in 2019

Of the 225,817 people residing in Butte County, CA in 2019, the median age was 37, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Chico Times.

The largest number of people were in the 55 to 64 age bracket with the fewest number of people in the age bracket for people over the age of 84.
