City of Biggs issued the following announcement.
The City of Biggs is soliciting proposals from qualified farming operators to tenant farm the City of Biggs real property consisting of approximately 72.8 acres at 2837 W Biggs Gridley Road, Biggs, CA.
The City will supply treated effluent as one source of irrigation water at no cost to the lessee. The tenant farmer must agree to comply with the terms of the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) Order R5-2020-0008 (attached).
Biggs West Gridley Water District also serves the parcels with a source of irrigation water.
Deadline for proposals: January 07, 2021 at 4:00 PM
